In late September, Atlas® and its network of Agents celebrated BRAVO (Boosting Recognition of Atlas Van Operators), an annual event dedicated to showing appreciation to Atlas Professional Van Operators (PVOs) and all their hard work that makes moving possible.

During BRAVO, Atlas Agents plan their own celebrations across the U.S. and Canada to commend PVOs for their hard work and commitment. Professional Van Operators are encouraged to stop by and join in on the fun.

“Each of our 10 offices planned BRAVO celebrations this year. Our Professional Van Operators are the backbone of our company, and it’s our pleasure to set aside this time to thank them,” said Francesca Ashcroft, Operations Media Specialist, Ace Relocation Systems (0062). “After one of the busiest moving seasons on record, they deserve to be recognized for their determination to ensuring each move goes smoothly.”

Also a part of BRAVO is the Best of the Best PVO Contest. As the name suggests, this contest shines a light on those PVOs who go above the call of duty to fulfill the Atlas mission and deliver extraordinary service to customers. Nearly 30 van operators were nominated in this year’s contest, and each one underwent a vetting process though Atlas headquarters before finalists were selected and voted on by the general public during BRAVO.

New this year, PVOs were split into two groups for voting based on their agencies. Continuing the trend of unprecedented times, a tie was discovered between two finalists in one of the groups, resulting in three winners for 2021.
