With all that's involved in preparing for your move, we want to make the payment process as easy as possible for you. That is why Atlas offers flexible payment options and a secure customer portal to make a payment.
DO I PAY ATLAS UPFRONT?
With Atlas Van Lines, you have the freedom to choose the payment time that suits you best. Choose to pay at origin or when you arrive at your destination. When you book your move with Atlas, simply let your dedicated Atlas Sales Representative know your preferred payment option. We will accommodate your choice and ensure a seamless experience throughout your moving journey.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES ATLAS ACCEPT?
Atlas accepts payment for moving services by ACH, Wire, cashier’s check, traveler’s check, or cash. You can also access our customer portal and pay by electronic check or credit card.
HOW DO I PAY ATLAS BY E-CHECK?
If you would like to pay by ACH/Wire Payment, please contact Atlas' Accounts Receivable Department for further banking instructions on how to send payment by ACH/Wire: 1-800-638-9797 (ext. 2306#) or acctrec@atlasworldgroup.com.
If you choose to pay by an electronic check, please keep these two things in mind:
- The check should not exceed $30,000 per move. You can pay the remainder by credit card or cashier's check.
- Your Atlas Sales Representative can send a portal link to pay online securely.
WHAT CREDIT CARDS DOES ATLAS ACCEPT?
Atlas accepts these major credit cards: Visa,® MasterCard,® Discover,® and American Express.® Payment is accepted for the amount of purchase up to the amount of credit available, upon the card issuer's authorization. Payment can be made via credit card through our customer portal.
DOES ATLAS OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
While Atlas does not offer payment plans directly, we prioritize providing you with a positive moving experience. Customers are encouraged to speak with their local Atlas moving agent to explore various available payment options.
HOW DO I TIP MY MOVERS?
To ensure that your gratitude reaches the right hands, we recommend paying your tips directly to the moving team. If you decide to provide a tip to your movers, on moving day, have cash or a check ready, and hand it directly to the movers. By doing so, you eliminate any confusion or miscommunication about the distribution of tips within the moving company.
