I wanted to let you know everything went great with the relocation. I appreciate the communication, checkup phone calls, and follow up. It was really a great experience.

I also want to say the driver, Estavon, was awesome. He and the packers/unpackers were courteous, professional, and the communication for arrival times on both ends was outstanding. The crew was prompt and thorough, ensuring the job was completed expediently, but never allowing that to impact service or make me feel the process was being rushed.

I truly appreciate the phenomenal level of service and experience. It made the move a breeze. Thank you!

Your moving team was by far the best and most professional movers that I have dealt with. They paid very close attention to all details and provided utmost professional service and demeanor. All 4 movers were very personable, did not mess around, were very careful with our expensive items and took their jobs very serious. The lead mover was very motivating and complimentary to his other teammates. He used motivational enthusiasm, which I am a big fan of. I really felt there was no “I” in your TEAM as everyone treated one another with respect and dignity and was all a TEAM.

My husband forgot our grill, bikes and patio furniture, which caused 2 movers to have to go back to the condo and not once did they complain or have an attitude. I especially had communication with Andrew as he was inside the home more for his role. Andrew is truly genuine, calming and kind. I appreciated how he helped keep me calm and collected with so much action.

I felt your prices are fair for your quality of service. I give your company 5++ stars of greatness! Both my husband and I will highly recommend your company to all in need of the BEST movers in the Twin Cities. We will forever be customers when we need moving services.

I’ve done a few corporate moves and this was by far my best experience. John with Golden Moving was phenomenal. He was so nice and personal. His updates and communication throughout the process was exactly what I’d want to keep myself and my wife updated through the already stressful moving process. He was professional, hardworking, and courteous with every interaction. He even gave us a list of recommendations of places to check out based on his experiences in the area after unloading our stuff.

I had low expectations for customer service from a mover based on past experiences, yet John was top notch not just for a moving service but anyone in the customer service industry.

I was very pleased with the everything about my move. Brian Hansel was attentive and professional with everything from communicating pick-up and delivery times to reviewing our list to make sure everything was delivered. I must say that it is awesome to see the same person handling the pickup AND delivery of my household items. This is not something that we normally see, but it was GREATLY appreciated. This move was painless for us, although the time frame was a little rushed for you all. Your company did an awesome job of moving us so quickly and efficiently. I would like to thank V. Santini / Atlas Van Lines for the wonderful job they did with our move from Mount Vernon, NY to Port Saint Lucie, FL. The team was very professional and extremely careful with our belongings. When Carlos and the team arrived to make the pickup they reassured me everything will be well taken care of, I felt very relieved. I was kept well informed by driver Carlos from the time of pickup until the day of delivery.

No damage was done to any of our belongings or walls & floor in either home. I don't think there is anything your company needs to improve on. I would highly recommend your company to anyone considering moving local or long distance.

Just wanted to send you a quick note about my chance meeting with one of your young superstars it appears. I had stopped by the new warehouse late one Tuesday evening, and found him out on the street beside it. I stopped to chat a few minutes and compliment him on flying the flag as it was displayed. We ended up having quite a conversation, and I was really impressed with him. I learned his “moving” background, and he shared the story of you picking him and another driver up and taking them to your house for dinner. His trailer was immaculate, and he was really proud that I noticed, even pulling out some Alexander’s rug runners and floor mats that he had invested in to keep up the truly professional appearance he obviously is so good at. He also gave you credit for granting his dream of owning the “total package” tractor that he was able to attain by working with your company. We exchanged business cards, and his is impressive. Another classy touch by Alexander's. I told him the next time he went to Baltimore to give the GM there some grief from me, he hasn’t met him yet even though he has been there before. Tyler is not only a visual banner for your company, but is an advocate for Alexander’s in his heart and soul. Well done on whoever reached out to him on Facebook. I think it was a great recruit! It also says a lot about you personally that you have such a rapport with your drivers. Kudos to you, from me as an old driver myself! I hope you had a great 4th holiday, take care, and thanks for all you do for us.
