I recently used Atlas to move my belongings from Massachusetts to Colorado. Matt Steiner, the driver, and Richard showed up to load my items into the truck. I was extremely impressed with not only how hard they worked but with the care they took with my belongings. Not ever having used a large moving company before, I was unsure of how well I needed to wrap & protect my items so I used quite a bit of bubble wrap! They then wrapped everything all over again and took great care in packing everything into the truck. Richard, (from Springfield, MA) did an amazing job with how he packed everything so tightly into the truck...nothing was going to move. He kept telling me it was like a puzzle as I watched him determine the best way to fit everything into the truck. I was very impressed with their work and professionalism. Matt provided me with his cell phone so I could keep in touch while he travelled across country. The unloading at the destination went smoothly and I couldn't be more relieved that everything arrived safely. Take it from someone who was pretty nervous about this move...I would absolutely go with Atlas again if I could have Matt & Richard handle everything for me! Atlas should be happy to have guys like this represent their company.

I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how impressed I was with your company during my recent relocation from Massachusetts to California. Alexander's and Atlas made what could have been a very stressful experience much less so. During every step of the process, from the initial loading of my household goods, to the pickup of empty cartons from my new residence, everyone I dealt with was professional, efficient and friendly. There are several individuals whom I wish to thank in particular. First, Tim and Holly Burns epitomize the concept of customer service and were a joy to work with during the loading of my goods in Massachusetts. I hope you are aware of how fortunate your firm is to have Tim and Holly as employees. Second, I’d like to express my thanks to Ann for coordinating my move so efficiently. Whenever I needed assistance or had questions, I could contact her and feel confident that the matter would be dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
