I am writing to thank you and Atlas Van Lines for doing a great job. I've been fortunate to have employers handle my family's relocation's. So when my wife and I, as retirees, decided to relocate from Albuquerque, NM to Solvang, CA earlier this year, we were very apprehensive about the moving process. But our New Mexico real estate agent worked with Keller-Williams, and she told us not to worry. Her firm had a special relationship with Atlas. She asked me to call John, you local Atlas agent, and he would take care of things. He did indeed. He and his staff were a pleasure to work with, and they could not have done a better job. John came out to meet with us right away. He explained your moving process, went over the key documents and gave us the appropriate Keller-Williams moving rates. We were able to quickly schedule the packers, establish a move-out date and a target Solvang move in date. And after we moved out, when an unexpected wrinkle in our Albuquerque house purchasers' financing delayed out house sale and out Solvang house purchase, John was a life saver in getting our move-in adjusted to work for us. We also had wonderful packers and an excellent driver, Enesi. And we had only very minor moving damage, which your folks arranged to have corrected by experts. Our move with Atlas could not have gone better, and your prices were very fair and competitive. In fact, your move was better, and at least as easy, as any of my corporate relocation's. Many thanks to you and your team for making interstate moving so easy and for doing it so well.
