I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how impressed I was with your company during my recent relocation from Massachusetts to California. Alexander's and Atlas made what could have been a very stressful experience much less so. During every step of the process, from the initial loading of my household goods, to the pickup of empty cartons from my new residence, everyone I dealt with was professional, efficient and friendly. There are several individuals whom I wish to thank in particular. First, Tim and Holly Burns epitomize the concept of customer service and were a joy to work with during the loading of my goods in Massachusetts. I hope you are aware of how fortunate your firm is to have Tim and Holly as employees. Second, I’d like to express my thanks to Ann for coordinating my move so efficiently. Whenever I needed assistance or had questions, I could contact her and feel confident that the matter would be dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. Again, thank you for all of your assistance. Not only would I not hesitate to use Alexander’s again, but I will also recommend your company to friends and colleagues.

I just completed a move with your company from Massachusetts to Florida. I couldn’t have had better service or better people to do it. From the salesman, Brian LaCivita, to the driver Wayne Smith, to the two men who assisted him in loading in Waltham, MA and unloading in Venice, FL. Wayne whipped through packing my things but at no time did I doubt that he knew exactly what he was doing. All of the young men who assisted Wayne with the loading and unloading were so polite...a trait not often seen these days. If only I had them at my new house to unpack and put everything where I want it to go! You are to be commended for finding such competent people. I have a friend who will move to FL in the fall and I’ve already recommended that she contact Brian and use your services. Should you ever need to use me as a recommendation for a job well done, please feel free.
