I would like to give special thanks to the team of Dana, Ed and Paul. My move began by packing and loading from two different locations and during this time, Hurricane Floyd was moving up the East Coast delivering dangerously high winds and tremendous flooding from the Carolinas to Massachusetts. As Floyd’s heaviest rains descended upon Danbury, Connecticut, the team of Atlas movers were beginning to unload all of my worldly belongings. When the first pieces of furniture entered my new home, I noticed that they had taken extra precaution against the weather and wrapped all of my furniture in protective wrap. Furthermore, they used their padding to cover each and every box that they brought into my home. As a result of their actions, I did not experience any rain water damage. In addition to recognizing their concern for my possessions, I would like to recognize their positive attitudes. The team literally moved my things in rain that was so heavy, at times they couldn’t even be seen. By the end of the day they were completely drenched. But they never displayed an attitude that was less than professional. As a matter of fact, they focused on devising a system for keeping the rain out of my home. In closing, I would like to again express my appreciation for their efforts. If I move again, I will not only use Atlas Van Lines, but I also will request this group of professionals.

We moved from CT to NC and the process with Drew and Atlas could not have gone smoother. Drew came out to the house and gave us a formal estimate. During the packing process, we got rid of some big items, and we worked closely with Drew so he could provide us with a new estimate. He was always responsive and professional which made working with him a pleasure. Atlas was also great to work with. They showed up on the day and packed the truck with great care, wrapping the necessary items in blankets to ensure protection. The driver, Frank, was personable and very experienced, answering all our questions on the spot. They met us in NC at the storage facility as planned and unpacked the truck and filled the container with equal care. We highly recommend using them for your move.
