Atlas® World Group Shines Bright at 2023 Convention
EVANSVILLE, IND. (November 14, 2023) — Leading moving company Atlas® World Group hosted its annual Convention November 1-3 in Aventura, Fla. The three-day event provides opportunities to connect with Agents and industry experts, attend breakout learning sessions, and be inspired by exhibits featuring cutting-edge products and services from Atlas’ preferred suppliers. Learning sessions included topics such as improving user experience through best-in-class technology, claims, data security and privacy protocols, and operational strategies.
This year’s program theme, Shine Bright, highlighted Atlas World Group’s diamond anniversary of 75 years and the company’s positive outlook on the future. At the start of Convention, Jack Griffin, Chairman and CEO of Atlas World Group, took the stage to reflect on the history and milestones of Atlas. He emphasized that much like a diamond forming under time and pressure, Atlas – experienced in both – has thrived and will continue to prosper.
In addition to networking opportunities and a robust speaker lineup of industry professionals, Atlas showed support and appreciation for its Agent network through multiple performance awards. Individual sales awards were presented to 108 exceptional Atlas Agents in addition to its prestigious Milton M. Hill Quality Award, Specialized Transportation Group Quality Award, and World-Class Commitment Award. Moreover, 14 Agents were awarded Sustainable Agent Certifications for their dedication to prioritizing and progressing sustainable efforts.

Each year Atlas also pursues a new and timely fundraising effort. This year, Atlas and Convention attendees raised more than $31,000 for the Southeast Florida chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, a worldwide voluntary health organization focused on Alzheimer's research and care.
