Atlas® Van Lines Appoints Jessica Rogers Director of Claims Services
EVANSVILLE, Ind. (Jan. 13, 2022) – Atlas® World Group, Inc., the parent company of Atlas® Van Lines, Inc., one of the nation’s leading moving companies, announces today that Jessica Rogers has been hired as director of claims services. Prior to joining the Atlas® team, Rogers served as the customer service and shipping supervisor for SRG Global.
In her new role, Rogers will oversee the daily activities surrounding the processing of loss and damage claims for Atlas’ national account and direct client customers. She will monitor statistical data and review processes to find efficiencies. Rogers will be integral in maintaining the lines of communication between Atlas customers, local Atlas movers and professional van operators (PVOs).

Rogers joins Atlas with extensive experience in project management and customer relations. In her previous role as customer service and shipping supervisor for SRG Global, she was responsible for managing a six-person team that provided external customer support and order fulfillment. Her prior employment also includes 12 years of experience with Enterprise Holdings Inc., managing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service to new and existing customers. Rogers earned her bachelor’s degree from Fayetteville State University in 2005, and she is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Southern Indiana.
