I would like to share with you comments about the tremendous service I received from Amy, Sandy, and Jim and his crews during my recent relocation. I have been in the relocation business for 21 years, all with Prudential/Merrill Lynch, and have moved three times in that span of time. I also handled the IBM account for Prudential for 14 years so I have a great deal of experience as to what the shipment of HHG’s means to a relocating employee and how this piece can make or break a move. I am extremely customer focused and truly appreciate it when I receive the same level of service that I give and that is expected of me as a Prudential Relocation associate. This move was “World Class,” as the ad says, it doesn’t get any better than this. Jim should receive a gold medal for the Herculean job that he did not only for me, but for the other two associates who moved from Kalamazoo with me. My thanks again to everyone that helped out in making my move such a satisfactory experience. P.S. Everything was accounted for and nothing was damaged. That is the telltale sign of a great move.

I wanted to tell you about an amazing experience I had using your company to move us from California to Indiana. I have heard the horror stories about things going wrong, showing up late and broken stuff when people move long distances. We did NOT have these issues but actually had a very smooth and inspiring move provided by your company and Dan, our driver. The communication was flawless from Dan's first call and text to me. Our whole family was on vacation when the move started and this communication put us at ease while not being at home to oversee the move. We came home and found that they had picked up everything we had asked and left what we had asked them to leave. The place was in good order and with a little clean up, we were ready to sell the house. The professionalism on how we were treated both by your staff and also Dan and his crew (James and John), was impressive. As a matter of fact I will try to replicate this work quality myself. I was treated with respect and with integrity. The unpacking in Indiana was above par also. They had things in the right rooms fast and without incidence. We anticipated that we would have to stay in a hotel for over a week, but because of Dan's organization, we only had to stay there for 3 nights and were able to move into our home. As we unpack I find that there is nothing missing and nothing broken. My wife and the whole family are impressed. I am not a person who usually takes the time to give good feedback, but I think that Dan Snyder's behavior deserves it I hope you have many people like Dan. It is people like him I would want to help me complete difficult tasks as moving across the country is. Thank you for sending me a good one. Please tell Dan thank you again (I told him many times).

Palmer Moving dispatched a crew to my house to help me move locally. The crew was a phenomenal group of professional. They handled all of my belonging with great care while still working at a speed that I could not keep up with. You could tell that they knew what they were doing and had done the work more than just a couple of times. The amount of care that they took with protecting the origin and destination homes made me feel like the walls and floors were wrapped in bubble wrap. At the end of the day when all was said and done, I felt like I couldn't have asked for a better move. Special shout out to the Drivers, Dana and Sevonte, and crew members Malkom, Chris, and Deante.
