ATLAS® WORLD GROUP, INC. CREATES POSITION OF CHIEF DIVERSITY OFFICER, APPOINTS KELLY FOREMAN

EVANSVILLE, IND. (January 7, 2022) - Atlas® World Group, Inc., announces today that Kelly Foreman has assumed the newly created position of Chief Diversity Officer. She will also continue as Vice President of Human Resources for Atlas World Group, Inc., a role she has held since March 2021.

In addition to her responsibilities in human resources, Foreman will provide strategic leadership to Atlas World Group’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. As Chief Diversity Officer and Chair of the company’s Diversity Committee, Foreman will work with subsidiary presidents, business leaders, staff, and administration across the enterprise to establish programs and policies fundamental to the advancement of these initiatives.

Foreman joined Atlas with an extensive range of experience across multiple industries. She has a vast knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, payroll and compensation including incentive plans and structures. Foreman has a bachelor’s degree in business administration – management and human resources and marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Murray State University.
