The real stars of your organization are the individuals that packed and transported our goods. Nino, Ricky and Stephanie were AMAZING! They were prompt, professional, understanding and very respectful. I have three small kids and a dog that were running in their way the entire time. They didn't see this as an issue and made the move fun for them, which I really appreciated. My wife was stressed about the move but the service excellence that this team displayed made that stress fade away.
In our previous moves we have had two different teams load and unload our goods. To my surprise we had the same team do both! I know that this may not be normal but wow our good experiences continued.
These individuals truly display exceptional character and represent your company well. If I move again, I will request this team by name.
On the first day of our moving window Mike, the driver from Atlas Van lines showed up promptly at 8AM and surveyed all our belongings and marked up what needs to be packed. Shortly after two people who Atlas contracts with showed up and immediately started working. Everything was safely packed up and these guys worked throughout the day and marked all boxes with what was being packed in them. They did not even take a lunch break so I offered to get them lunch from whatever place they liked. By 5PM 80% of our stuff was in boxes packed up.
The next day they showed up at 8am again to finish packing up rest of our belongings and started loading the moving van by 11am. We offered lunch again because they did not plan to take a lunch break, and they graciously accepted. By 4pm they were done loading our belongings and cleared our home of all the protective blankets they laid out on our hardwood floors and carpets. The delivery was promised 2 days after and again Mike showed up at 8am prompt with 2 other contractors. They were really professional and unloaded our belongings carefully in our apartment. We also had some items delivered to a storage unit and they wrapped up everything in 4 hours.
Nothing was damaged that we noticed and we are extremely satisfied with Mike and his crew, they made our move extremely easy and seamless.
From start to finish, Andrew showed the most professionalism I’ve ever seen in a young man of his age (25). WOW! He was courteous, funny and attentive all throughout the day. He called ahead of time, arrived ON time and completed everything very timely. Being ex-military, punctuality is everything so kudos to Alexander’s for finding this young man!
Furthermore, Andrew and his crew did not hesitate once on anything I asked them to do. I’m just blown away. This was a Christmas miracle to my family and I because he got everything delivered and set up on Christmas Eve so my little girls did not have to spend Christmas in an empty house.
Thank you and your organization for everything you did for my family and I. We would recommend you all to anyone!!
Even before they began, the movers put down temporary “runways” so that nothing tracked onto our carpet or damage done to any of the floors. The team was friendly and very respectful. Any special requests were honored and our antiques were treated with the utmost care. The same responsible manner was evident when we arrived and were unloaded into our new home.
We were especially impressed by Grant’s wisdom “beyond his years”. He was organized, professional and customer oriented. We felt that we were being taken care of and not merely as a job to be done. Grant is such a nice person as well as being good at what he does.
We would recommend Grant Imlach and his business associated to anyone who needs to move and doesn’t want to have the hassle and stress of worrying about their belongings. It was so nice to have our burden lightened and feel like our possessions were in good hands.

I contacted Michelle, All Star Moving Systems, who quickly allayed my fears and, with patience, answered the myriad of questions that were asked. I interviewed other moving companies but was not completely satisfied with their responses. Additionally, they did not speak kindly of each other. On the other hand, Michelle never spoke disparagingly about the competition. This demonstrated professional integrity.
On the day of pickup in Indiana, the crew showed respect for our mother's home and property by protecting tile, carpet and even the grass during the loading process. The same was shown to my home upon delivery. It was comforting to know that one of the crew onsite in Indiana, Kyle, would be accompanying the items to Texas. The piano, though important, could be replaced. The desk could not as it belonged to our father who passed away 35 years ago.
Seeing the rig pull up in front of my home was exciting! The piano and desk were carefully removed and brought into my home. Upon inspection, there were no new scratches, bumps or nicks. The items arrived in the same condition as when they were loaded. I was greatly relieved and impressed!!
