Too often we make our voices heard when things do not go according to our plans and expectations while remaining silent when those same expectations are exceeded. The purpose of this communication is to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service my wife and I received when DMS Moving assisted with our recent relocation from Georgia to Illinois. Chuck and his team were responsible for loading and unloading our household goods. In my numerous moves with General Motors over the past 27 years, I had not enjoyed a more pleasant experience. These gentlemen represent your company in the most favorable way. They were professional, courteous, polite and personable. With employees of this caliber, your “Customer Satisfaction Index” must be extremely high! On behalf of my wife and I, thank you for the best move we have ever experienced.

Recently, I moved from Georgia to Florida and I wanted to take the time to tell you what a phenomenal job Joe Lynch did in this move. Having lived overseas for fifteen years, moving to a different country every two years, and having moved seven times within the United States, I know a good mover from a mediocre mover. I must tell you, this was the best and most professional move I have ever undertaken, due to Joe Lynch. He was on time at each location, very careful with our household goods, and went well above and beyond his role at the receiving end. People rarely write letters of praise, but I wanted you to know what a valuable employee you have in Joe Lynch and how much he enjoys his job. My regards to Joe and should I ever need to move again, Philpot Relocation Systems is the first company I will call.
