My husband and I were extremely pleased on the whole process, from the estimate to loading, to transport and unloading. Our items were handled with extreme care. My family moved from Omaha, Nebraska to Overland Park, Kansas. I have a wife and three daughters and we have lived in Omaha for 14 years. This was the first time we had ever moved our belongings with a professional moving company. Gary was in charge of moving our household items and representing your company. My wife and I would like to personally inform you of the attention and professional service provided to us by Gary and his crew. As previously stated, we had never moved with a professional moving company. We were naturally apprehensive about the move because of the "horror stories" our neighbors and friends had shared with us regarding damage and abuse they had received in their previous experiences. Gary's crew arrived on time in Omaha and worked hard for three days packing and unloading. The crew was very polite, considerate of our needs and extremely professional. We could tell that Mr. Pittman had a good crew. Since then, my wife and I have had time to unpack and reflect back on the experience and we both feel that things could not have been better. We feel that the professional attitude and general consideration for the customer that Gary and his crew displayed was "beyond the call of duty." We wish to convey our sincere gratitude to Gary, his crew and your moving company. My entire family was extremely pleased with the service provided by Gary and Atlas Van Lines.
