Their dedication to the job, ability to work as a team, and commitment to making certain I was satisfied from the moment they showed up until the last piece of household good was loaded. As individuals or collectively as a team, all were faithful to customer service. Charlotte, Reggie, Roy, and Leon have been great customer relations managers for your company. Reggie is one hard working young man. Roy and Leon are sure of their skills and communicate well with each other and with Charlotte and Reggie. But, Charlotte is something special. She is a take charge person without ruffling anyone's feathers. You have a gold mine in her, especially in the manner in which she interacts with the family. She is good at directions and very good at giving us information. She and others are very much appreciated.
