Greg, I’m sorry this is so delayed. It’s been hectic times around our place lately. The boxes and the furniture arrived on Sept. 2nd. Everything was in perfect condition. The movers, Jeff and his helper did a great job. One thing to note, when everything was unloaded I noticed the key to the china cabinet was missing. Jeff said he’d check the truck when everything was unloaded. Well about 10 days later I got a letter and inside was the key. Jeff said he found it while sweeping out the van. I realized at that point how well my moving items were taken care of. Greg, as a customer, I want to applaud the professionalism of the company you work for, as a friend, I’m grateful and humbled by your help. Sometimes I forget the value of long time friends and how grateful I am to have you as one. Thank you for being my friend.

I wish to commend the efforts of your van operator, Dale for the outstanding work he did picking up my furniture in Ohio on a Monday and delivering it the following Thursday in California. Dale was not only polite, friendly and thorough in his job of loading and unloading my furniture, but was a professional in all aspects of the job. His knowledge of the job is excellent and his management of local workers was exceptional. Dale gave them specific direction of what to do and why, so that furniture would not be damaged and other residents of my complex would not be inconvenienced. He has a great work ethic and his skills as a problemsolver in reassembling some of my furniture was greatly appreciated. Dale delivers a level of customer service that should be a model for all van operators. He is tops in my book for his work on this move.

My shipment was subbed out to Celina Moving and Storage and I am so glad that it was. They did an excellent job with our move. The driver, Eli, was extremely professional and did a great job coordinating the pick up and drop off. We had several things (mirrors, picture, etc) that were not packed and they did a nice job padding those and making sure that they were taken care of. So far, we have found no damage to any of our things and everything seems to have arrived. I would gladly use Celina Moving again if I were going to do an interstate move. From start to finish, they were courteous, professional, clean, and safe. Not something you usually find with all moving companies. I wanted to be sure to leave a good review for them. Most often, only bad reviews get left on sites like this and we had nothing but a great experience with them. Thanks for a great move!
