I just had my non-temp storage delivered to my townhouse. They were the most courteous, helpful, friendly and caring gentlemen. Through the rain, one unloaded the truck and brought it up to the door while the other took it to the designated area–in order not to track in mud and rain. They asked where to put things and put them there, gave me a check off sheet, brought things all the way to the back– around the five adjoining houses on either side–without hesitation or complaint and were just generally helpful and non-rushing. This is my 7th move since 2003 and I can without a doubt say that these two were the best ever! I wish I could request them in 2-3 years when I move again! They are amazing! Keep them around!

It was my first time using a moving company. In the past I used a Uhaul or just asked friends to help with a promise of some beer and pizza. But moving from Iowa to South Carolina required the big guns. I got 5 different quotes from all the big movers but chose Atlas in the end for two main reasons. 1) Customer Service. The person who came to give us a free home estimate really took her time. She came in, assessed our furniture and all the rooms being moved. She asked all the right questions and took the time to answer mine. 2) The price. My quote came in right in between the low price and high. My mind set being...you get what you pay for...customer service tipped my choice. And am I glad I chose Atlas. In three words. Service, Communication and Results. I had not one scratch on my furniture. Not one broken piece of glass. The driver even called me several times to inform me of delivery times and to make sure all was well. It was a great experience start to finish and I would use Atlas again in a heartbeat. Not to mention recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for a job well done from first time mover!
