My wife and I moved from VA to FL. During the past 50 years we have moved numerous times throughout the U.S. and around the world. We were apprehensive when we had to choose a moving company to relocate back to Newport News four months later due to serious health issues. However, after selecting Atlas/Ace Relocation Systems to do our move, we were pleasantly surprised. Our Relocation Consultant, Candace, was outstanding in every respect. She did a professional, thorough, competent job in discharging her various responsibilities. It was in large measure the demeanor Candace exhibited (honesty, enthusiasm an sincerity) that prompted us to opt for Atlas Van Lines. On the scheduled date for packing, Scott, Driver/Supervisor, arrived on time with three colleagues. They were very courteous and friendly; and they did an exceptional job in packing and loading our household goods, making accommodations as requested or as necessary. The handling of our household goods in Newport News was even more impressive. A member of Scott's crew had become ill, and the delivery, unloading and placement of our belongings had to be accomplished by Scott and one other person. Although having to work into the hours of darkness, Scott and his colleague did not become frustrated but retained their sense of humor; and they continued to work diligently, efficiently, and expertly with few breaks. I have never seen two people do such a remarkable job under such demanding conditions. Scott and his colleagues are professional, competent, hard-working, no-nonsense relocation employees. The wit and keen sense of humor they continually displayed are valuable assets. Both men are superior representatives of Ace Relocation Systems and Atlas Van Lines. This was easily the best move we ever experienced. My wife and I would not hesitate to use Ace Relocation Systems/Atlas again in the future, nor would we hesitate to recommend them to relatives, friends, and acquaintances.

I wanted to take the time to write a letter of appreciation to the driver and crew who moved my family from St. Cloud, FL to Rogers, AR in April. The decision to move from FL to AR was a hard decision, as my husband and I loved living in FL. We moved so our 4-year-old son could be closer to family as he grows up. Needless to say, this move was very emotional and stressful for my husband and me. The crew that showed up in Orlando to move our belongings was amazing. Joe was the driver, and his assistant was Ray. They were very professional and kind. They were very careful with our items. We really appreciate that because we had heard such horror stories from people that had moved in the past. Please make sure that Joe and Ray receive our sincere gratitude for a job well done! My husband and I will recommend Atlas moving company to anyone who is moving. We already have! Thanks Joe and Ray for doing such a great job!

We hired Ace Relocation Systems to move from Orlando to Arizona and could not be happier with our choice. Due to issues with our building we had to change the pickup date a couple of times and a quick email was all it took to do so. When the crew arrived they wasted no time and were in and out before I knew it. Their professionalism and job knowledge was second to none. On the backend in Arizona I was met with the same work ethic. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a mover to give them a call.
