AI ADOPTION

Artificial Intelligence use in the workspace continued to expand in 2025, with 63% of companies reporting greater adoption than in 2024. AI adoption is poised for growth, as 35% of companies said they used AI tools or AI-based apps most of the time, and 64% of companies expect to use AI tools even more in 2026.

HOW AI IS USED 

The top three areas that companies used AI tools and applications during 2025 were:

1. Budget setting and tracking (40%)

2. Analyzing submitted applications or resumes (37%)

3. Employee monitoring/activity tracking (35%)

The biggest change last year was an 8% drop in the number of companies that used AI to calculate relocation payments.

AI AND THE WORKFORCE

Are workers still concerned that AI could take their job? Only 15% of survey takers strongly agreed that it is possible in the next five years, which was 6% decrease from 2024.Small companies (29%) were the most confident that AI would not replace jobs by 2030.
