Please accept our sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Donald during our recent move from El Paso, TX to Alexandria, VA. Donald provided fantastic crew management, kept us informed of delivery options and times, and minimized our time without our belongings (as this was a direct move). He also provided detailed inventory expertise and showed genuine care and concern for our household items. He did everything possible to ensure prompt and safe delivery to our new home. I am certain that our belongings arrived in excellent condition due to his personal and direct supervision. As a career military member for more than 29 years, I have made numerous moves, both overseas and across the United States with my family. Donald provided the best service we have ever experienced. If possible, we would request Donald for the next move and highly recommend him to anyone considering a move. I would like to take the time to inform you about the exemplary packing and moving job that your employees Jim, Robert and Delbert performed during my move from El Paso to Big Bend National Park, Texas. All three of these gentlemen exhibited a concern for the value of my household goods and went the extra mile to ensure that fragile items received adequate protection and extra attention. Achieving this goal wasn’t easy. My El Paso apartment was upstairs and my furniture is large and bulky. While there was certainly reason to complain periodically, I did not witness Jim, Robert or Delbert display any form of frustration during the packing, loading or unloading process. This made me feel more relieved to know that my worldly goods were in the right hands- hands that belonged to professional movers who exhibited respect for the possessions of others. Inevitably, employees are reflections of their bosses. I commend you for selecting the right people to do the job- people who outwardly enjoy their chosen profession; people who take pride in their performance and behavior- for their employer’s sake of reputation and that of their own. Finally, please extend my genuine appreciation to Jim, Robert and Delbert for making my move to Big Bend National Park so successful and stress-free.

We had Willy, Isaiah and Jonathan come and pack our home on the 19th of July. They were on time, courteous and professional the entire time and did an AMAZING job packing up our household goods. The first thing they did was introduce themselves and then walked through the home in its entirety with me to go over what was being packed by them. They then came and double checked with me before starting another room. They were very thorough, checked to make sure each room and closet were completed and also made sure to lay down the home protection kit to make sure that my floors, doors and doorways remained intact while removing HHG from our home. At the end of the pack and load they made sure they didn’t leave anything behind. Jonathan was also very thorough while explaining and reviewing the inventory sheet and bill of lading. By far the BEST move we have ever had. They are a shining example of how movers should be. I would not hesitate to request Dependable Relo (and these 3 gentlemen) for a move if we were to ever find ourselves in El Paso again and will always make sure to recommend this company to anyone asking for a moving company in the El Paso area.
