Great at communicating and keeping us informed knowledgeable. Timing was great, goods at all times. Kristy was also phenomenal at both her scheduling, follow through and follow up. Friendly, warm and knowledgeable. Timing was great, goods arrived intact and the team helped us unpack. A HUGE help, btw. Wouldn't have changed a thing. Highly recommend.

I am writing to inform you of my total satisfaction with the service your companies recently provided me during my move to Texas. Simply put, the entire evolution could not have gone any smoother. This was a direct result of the friendly and professional service provided by your employees. Our driver, William, was especially helpful and a true pleasure to deal with. In over 20 years of frequent moving, I have never been more impressed than with the quality of service provided by him. He fully understood that moving is a stressful time for any family and he did everything in his power to ensure that our move went smoothly and that our goods arrived on time and in perfect condition. He was very successful and I hope you will relay to him my family’s appreciation for all his efforts and friendship. He is a true professional. Our move coordinator, Jennifer, guided us through the entire move process. At times, I thought she could literally read our minds! Her personal involvement and obvious concern for our moving experience was refreshing and greatly appreciated. Please let her know that dealing with her was truly our pleasure. In closing, let me point out that in a world where quality service is not always a priority for companies, you have certainly set the standard!
