I wanted to check-in with you regarding our move from Houston to Dallas last week. As we’ve discussed, this is our 5th move in 8 ½ years, so we’re pretty up to speed on how this stuff works. I can tell you that without a doubt, Steve and his crew were by far the best that we’ve ever had help us with a move. They were respectful (not only of us, but also our things), timely and very customer focused. They did what they knew needed to be done and never complained. Thank you for assigning them to me and thanks to Steve and his crew as well!

This is a letter of appreciation and commendation for the professionalism and helpfulness of our van driver, Harry, during our recent move from Houston, Texas to Edwardsville, Illinois. Having been through other moves with your competitors while working for Shell Oil Company, we had never experienced a driver as helpful and conscientious as Harry. Drivers like Harry are great for Atlas as they are the guys on the front lines dealing with us- your nervous and sometimes demanding customers. We hope that Atlas will recognize Harry for a job well done.

These are the guys you want for your move! We were so impressed with how fast, efficient, and professional Brook and his crew were during our move. There were quite a few items needing to be wrapped by them prior to loading the truck and they did a phenomenal job ensuring these items made it safely to our destination. Throughout our move, the team communicated extremely well with us. They were very detailed and thorough. We were notified of the location and placement of any loose items/hardware which was very helpful once we began to unload at our destination. The entire time I was able to rest easy knowing that all of our possessions were in good hands. Without them, we almost certainly would not have fit everything into our Uhaul. They did not waste any space in the truck and I was so blown away with how they made it all fit. You can see in the picture how those first few items filled up the entire space. They are truly worth their weight in gold and I cannot recommend them enough!
