We want to thank you and your staff for the easiest move we have had in 22 years. From the day you came to our home to do the pre-moving survey, until our outstanding van operator, Raymond, pulled away from our new home, everything went beautifully. Your kindness and personal service showed us right away that we were in for a great experience. We sincerely appreciate how easy it always was to reach you and how quickly our questions were answered. The customer service you provided us was exemplary. Please extend to senior management our highest praise for Raymond. Again, the extraordinary level of professionalism and customer service is unlike any we have experienced before. Raymond obviously takes a personal interest in making sure service member’s household goods arrive unscathed and as quickly as possible. The respect he was shown by his crew was very apparent to the end. That alone says a great deal about him. When we move again, we will request Raymond. Again our thanks to Reads Moving Systems for the kind of move every service member dreams of and deserves.

Reads Moving fulfilled their commitment to providing timely and excellent service for our recent move. We especially enjoyed the care that Jackie and Mike took in packing our apartment and then assisting in loading our things onto the truck. Daniela in the office worked hard to coordinate the move and called us several times while the move was ongoing to check on the personnel’s progress and whether we had any issues. Ken, who estimated our move, participated in the loading as well. Robert and Ed, forgive me if I have made a mistake with the last name, unloaded at out destination. Their work was timely and perfect as they understood completely where each box and piece of furniture was to placed. In short I recommend Reads Moving Service as we were pleased with the service we received.

From beginning to end, Reads provided exceptional service for my family's out-of-state move. Jackie was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive with the administrative part (estimate, scheduling, etc.); the people packing the house were careful and efficient (Cian, Ryan, Sean, and Lucas), the people loading the truck were fantastic - worked hard, handled everything with care (Ron, Camden), and the people who drove our home items across the country were trustworthy, communicated in a timely manner, showed up when they said they would, and worked their butts off unloading the truck and placing things where I wanted/needed them. All of this happened with no issues, no loss or breakage, and at a fair price! Thank you, Reads!
