I wanted to send you a quick message with some feedback on our movers. This is going to sound a little gushy, but I am entirely serious when I say that you sent us the dream team of movers. Rob and his crew are exceptional. In an age where customer service is waning and has to be taught and retaught, these guys simply shine. They were so pleasant and congenial, interacted so nicely with us and our son, took care of our things better than we would have, and just made the whole move as nice an experience as it could have been for us. Attitude and demeanor is top notch. At one point my husband apologized for getting in the way, and Rob's sincere response was, "The boss is never in the way." They were prompt and efficient, and met challenges without a single complaint; if they weren't happy, we sure couldn't tell, and let me tell you: they definitely had some challenges. Our new location is in an area where they had to find a side street for the big truck, go get a second smaller truck and transfer things to the house using that (so drop off required double handling of every box), and at one point that day there was an absolute downpour...and the weather was hot. They met every issue with steadiness and a level, pleasant spirit. Rob and his crew do service the way service used to be done. These guys are the best; we love them!

Moving, under any circumstances, is never without upheaval and stress. However the folks at Powell & Atlas made this the most easy and pleasant move as was possible. Moving, under any circumstances, is never without upheaval and stress. However the folks at Powell & Atlas made this the most easy and pleasant move as was possible. Just cannot tell you how really fine Warren and his crew of Bill & Joe made this experience for us! There was nothing that they did or we asked for that they did not go above and beyond expectation. Our only wish is that our new home would have been in a state of readiness that would permitted us to have them unpack for us also. These fellows packed and transported our "stuff" in a most capable and professional manner. We are pleased beyond words with the service and people rendered in every contact. We hope not to move again....but if we do, Powell & Atlas will do the job and we'll tell everyone of our satisfaction.

I wanted to send you a quick note to ensure that you are aware of the great job that your team did for our recent move from Kalamazoo to Indianapolis. In the world that we live in today exceptional service is, unfortunately, not common and needs to be recognized. Our move was due to a job relocation and we were put in touch with your team via Brookfield Relocation Services. Given the fact that we’ve never made a move like this, my wife and I weren’t really sure what to expect. Needless to say, whatever expectations we may or may not have had were exceeded. The process from the initial planning to the follow up has all been great. Stacey was an incredible asset throughout the entire process. She was very thorough and provided great value and guidance from the initial planning phase of the move throughout the follow up and packing material retrieval. She was very patient and insightful, which was extremely valuable as we worked through the process. Stacey kept us aware of timelines and expectations, which kept us on track. She was also accommodating in setting dates for us as we finalized closing dates on our homes. I could not have asked for better service than Stacey provided. Rick was also great to work with. He was thorough and informative when he came out to do the estimate for our needs for the move. He also provided great insight that helped with our peace of mind for the move. Lastly, Jay and his team were incredible. Jay did a great job of walking through, answering any questions that we had, and explaining the process. He and his team were all very professional. They were quick and actually ended up getting things done ahead of schedule, which was a very pleasant surprise. Everything arrived in great shape. The team was exceptionally accommodating and considerate to my entire family throughout the packing, moving, and delivery. This all means a lot with all of the chaos and two young children in the mix. As mentioned above, I was very pleased with the entire process and would definitely recommend your company and services to anyone else that may need them.
