Moving, under any circumstances, is never without upheaval and stress. However the folks at Powell & Atlas made this the most easy and pleasant move as was possible. Just cannot tell you how really fine Warren and his crew of Bill & Joe made this experience for us! There was nothing that they did or we asked for that they did not go above and beyond expectation. Our only wish is that our new home would have been in a state of readiness that would permitted us to have them unpack for us also. These fellows packed and transported our "stuff" in a most capable and professional manner. We are pleased beyond words with the service and people rendered in every contact. We hope not to move again....but if we do, Powell & Atlas will do the job and we'll tell everyone of our satisfaction.

I would like to thank you and your staff for all the help you provided to my family during our relocation to Michigan from California. The service you provided was outstanding in all respects and made the moving experience simple, quick and actually enjoyable! We greatly appreciated your attention to detail, quick response to questions and your skill and experience in dealing with all the small details that, in the final result, made the difference between a stressful experience and an easy one. I would also like to give a great big thank you to our driver, Mr. Randy Spearman, and his wife, Vicki, who supervised the entire process directly on site. They did a fantastic job of seeing that our belongings were properly cared for at the time of packing and again when we arrived in Michigan for the unloading. I cannot say enough good things about Randy and Vicki as they really took care of us all the way through. My wife commented, “Randy and Vicki made it more like having our own family help us rather than an outside company.” I absolutely agree. Once again, I can only say well done! And we hope that if we have to move again in the future, we are lucky enough to deal with you and the people at Ace.
