New England Household Moving and Storage packed and moved our entire house from MA to DE a few weeks ago. Although the estimate was low and the actual cost was 18% higher, the move itself went perfectly, professionally and on schedule. Our belongings were treated and protected well and Al the driver was very courteous and efficient. I recommend them and would use them again.

They were the affiliate contracted via Atlas Van Lines for our move from MA to CA. if you are in the able hands of Kevin Carson, you are pretty much assured of a seamless and smooth move. He did our house visit, estimated the weight and set up a time date for the move. 24 hours before the move are logistics confirmed so that everyone is on the same page. The 3 young gentlemen who came for the loading and packing were lightning-quick, efficient and no-nonsense, our 1 BR townhouse was packed up in about 3 hours and they were out. Once in their warehouse, our stuff was repacked, tagged and taped to withstand travel wear and tear. Overall we had a great experience with New England Household Moving.

This is a top notch moving company, something that's hard to find these days. These guys were easy to work with from my first phone call to the moment I signed the check. The office staff is friendly and returns calls/e-mails promptly. Everything was ready to go on time, including our "no parking" permits at both locations. The movers were cheerful and handled our stuff with care and respect. They kept the mood light and were talkative without letting it get in the way of the job. If you don't have a move lined up you should consider looking for a new place just to use these guys.
