We do not normally write follow-up letters to companies who provide us with services. This is an exception. We are so grateful to Atlas Van Lines and Merchants Moving & Storage in Boise, Idaho, for making our move from Idaho to Arizona a success. The movers were there exactly when they said they would be and they were professional and efficient. Not one piece of our Noritake China was chipped. All of our antiques, collectibles, furniture and personal belongings arrived safe and sound. This was our first move using a professional moving company. We were impressed when the owner of Merchants, Ron Grove, made a special trip to our home for a walk-through inspection. Merchants made several phone calls to insure everything was being handled to our satisfaction, both while we were in Idaho, and once we arrived in Arizona. When Cendant called to see if we were satisfied, we told them “overwhelmingly.” Merchants Moving & Storage wears the Atlas Van Lines logo with pride. We would not hesitate to recommend them to all our friends.

Our moving coordinator, Joe Fisher, made us feel like we were his top priority in every aspect of the move. He was very accessible when any questions arose, and was always pleasant when delivering his expert advice. When we were unable to move into our new house, as scheduled, he coordinated a new plan that accommodated our needs, with a friendly voice over the phone. He is a very valuable part of your company and a large part of why we will recommend Atlas to anyone moving. Our driver, Mark Nill, was very professional and courteous during the whole moving process. We were amazed at how organized his inventory of our belongings was. His final delivery was prompt and efficient. Mark instructed his crews with respect and demonstrated how skilled he is at his job.
