We moved from New York to South Carolina and we can’t say enough about how fantastic our moving experience was. We had been cautioned by everyone that moving was a terrible experience. However, our experience was just the opposite. Steve Layton was our driver. He showed up on time and was polite, professional, helpful and very personable. The pick up was performed in record time and Steve even explained every form we signed. He then gave us his contact information and told us when we could expect delivery. We very much appreciated that. As promised, Steve called us the night before delivery and arrived on time the next morning. He negotiated a difficult entry into the apartment complex, parked in an impossible spot, and began delivery. The whole process took less time that we ever anticipated, and again, he was professional and helpful. Thanks to everyone at Mabey’s Moving & Storage. You changed our bad image of what a move is like into a wonderful memory. Whenever we’re asked by our friends back home, we’ll always recommend Mabey’s and tell them to ask for Steve.

Mike Predmore was the individual who originally met with us and saw us through the entire process. He did an exceptional and professional job. We were looking at several other moving companies, and it was primarily because of Mike that we chose Lincoln. His manner was extremely positive, informative, straight-forward, and gave one a feeling of confidence in your company. He went beyond customer service to true customer care. We hope you consider Mike to be an asset to your company, and we’re thankful he was the one who responded to our call for an estimate. The individuals who actually moved us were very competent, careful and considerate. We felt they demonstrated that they understood the importance of our possessions.
