I just wanted to tell you how so very pleased I am with the movers who are currently moving us out of One City Place. Anthony and the rest of his team are fabulous; professional, friendly, courteous, and seem to be all around great guys. In fact, my fiance just said to me, “Can we always use these people when we move in the future?” The guys are working very hard, and I hope you’ll forward this on to the ‘powers that be’ so Anthony’s entire team can get recognized accordingly – they certainly deserve it! You promised me when we first spoke way back when that you would take good care of us, and you've certainly been a woman of your word. You’re an excellent ambassador to Collins Brothers and the company is lucky to have you as their first customer touch point. I write to tell you that Shaina Perreira was truly heroic! I had a confirmed load date in New York state with a vendor who called to say they had over-booked and had no truck, could not find a truck, and could not do it. The apartment manager had someone moving in immediately and was extremely upset that more time was needed. The faculty member was frantic to get her items out of the building before her new job began. Lots of dominoes began to fall and the vendor was not helpful. I left an urgent message over the weekend at Ace. Shaina called me early, got creative, stayed in touch and got it all done for a pick-up the next day and an acceptable delivery window. I was very impressed and very relieved. It means a lot that she “just handled it”– no sweat. You have a good team. Take care of them and please thank her again for me.
