Looking back on my Monday’s delivery last week, I feel it is important to convey “how very pleased” I am to have chosen you folks at Atlas. Waylon showed up exactly at committed to for time. He arrived at: 8:00 a.m., was courteous, polite and most important “on his game”. He and his assistant loaded, carried and set up all of my belonging as committed to me by Atlas. I can tell you that I will use Atlas. A special “shout out” to Stephanie for putting everything into motion and I MEAN QUICKLY, knowing my situation with the other movers. She gave me a true peace of mind regarding my husband’s personal things and what they meant to me. NOW I HAVE THEM. She was quick to react and move the process forward. I knew after speaking with Stephanie I was in good hands. Thanks to both of them. I would love to participate in a survey if Atlas offers one. Recognition and a well deserved recommendation is in order.

I just wanted to let you know how well the collection and delivery of our shipment went! Eddie of Atlas, was very accommodating to the folks at the pick-up point. When he arrived here, he worked with two college staff members (two men hired from the campus moving crew) to unload the large and cumbersome crates. Eddie was not only careful and methodical in everything he did, but he worked well with the other two men offering sound guidance in a respectful manner. I don’t know if there is someone at Atlas you can pass this along to, but I wanted to send out some kudos to a deserving person. I would also like to thank Jason for all his help as well!
