Navigating a cross state move from North Carolina to Texas turned out to be a lot more confusing than we had anticipated. After getting bounced around between the broker network, and dedicated movers who were incredibly expensive, I was lucky enough to talk to Herren's owner, Todd. He explained the moving process, how the pricing worked, and where our items would be along the complete trip. The company was responsive, helpful, and arrived on time both for pickup and delivery. It was a seamless experience for what initially felt like a very stressful process. Everything arrived on time and without any damage. We will use Todd and Herren's for any future state to state moves. Thank you!

My parents used this moving company this past week to move from Charlotte to their mountain house in NC and they were really happy with the service! The guys who got the job done were George, Damion and Lee. They were funny, quick and efficient! Thanks to this great team for taking care of my parents during their move!

The boxes were well labeled, which made it easy to find things. I have a custom-built platform bed that's very heavy, and they had no problem carrying it to the second floor without a single complaint.
