I found the whole entire experience to be positive. I moved from a small town in Florida to a small town in Michigan. It was a big move, emotional, and stressful. The folks at Atlas were helpful, friendly (over and above expectations), professional. There were no worries, no added stress (moving is hard enough!), and each and every staff member helped me to feel as if they had the whole thing covered, and were taking care of me. A huge relief. I interviewed 3 moving companies in addition to Atlas. I couldn't be more pleased with who I chose. As a side note, my parents moved a month after I did. They didn't choose Atlas but chose a small company near to them. They had a lot of stress on the day of moving (including having some of their belongings not fit in the truck {horrible!}, lost items and damaged items. So unprofessional, and stressful at a time that they could have used a better experience. I would not only use them again, but would happily recommend Atlas to everyone I know. Stress free and wonderful!

All too often, customers write complaint letters to companies for poor service received. This is not one of those letters. This lettter is to compliment and praise the moving crew assigned to our whole house move. We were fortunate enough to have dave Tosches (Bean Moving & Storage) and his team (Stan, Mike, and Joe) assist us with packing up our home in Mascotte, FL. We have never had a moving company pack up our things for any moves, so this was new for us. We were very apprehensive at first, but Dave and his team made us feel very comfortable with the entire process. They engaged us if they had questions and allowed us to ask questions when we needed to (and we had a lot of questions). They took such great care with packing our belongings, wrapping everything as if it were their own, and never making us feel uncomfortable with someone else handling our belongings. By the time they had put the last of our items on the truck, they felt like family. Moving is never easy and is almost always stressful. We wanted to write this letter to let you know that Dave and his team turned a stressful situation into an easy, comfortable one. They were extremely competent and efficient. Dave and his team really made a difference in what we thought was going to be a difficult task. We would highly recommend Dave Tosches and his team to anyone in need of a moving service.
