My husband and I wanted to share with you our wonderful experience with a cross-country move from central Texas to Washington. The entire moving experience was painless and the company has a wonderful group of employees that excel in customer service. We’d really like to extend our kudos to Ray Perez (1505). He truly made a difference in our moving experience. Having been through several military moves in just five years, we were blown away by his friendly persona and excellent personal customer service. He contacted us by phone prior to arriving to pack, and kept in touch with us during the entire trip from Texas to Washington. He and his team packed all of our household goods with care and experience. He kept my husband and I informed about everything, and was even nice and understanding when we told him we did not yet have an address to give to him in Washington. His personality and positive attitude toward his job are phenomenal. When we received our household goods, not one item was broken, smashed, squished, or rendered unusable. In 4 moves across the country, that had never happened for us before this move. We are impressed and grateful! Thank you to Ray Perez and his team for making this move easy and efficient. We’d also like to thank Sharon Samples for putting up with our phone calls and endless questions and e-mails. The entire operation deserves to be commended.

I recently had the opportunity to use your company during a move from Burleson, TX to Hayseville, KS. From the very beginning to the end, I found people who were completely dedicated to customer service. Please let them know that you wouldn't be able to have the company you have without them!! During all my years of working, I've seen over and over again that the "higher ups" forget how very important their employees are to helping them grow their business! It seems you may understand that in some level as I found several of your employees who have worked there for years. Please, please recognize and reward these people! My rewarding experience started with a phone call - I was happily helped by Sheila Webb - next I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jim Swan. Without saying anything, both of these people seemed to understand that I needed some help as soon as they could arrange to get me loaded and "out of there." Next on the scene, Chris Mitchelle and his crew, arrived. (She had 2 other men with him and I don't remember their names, but please acknowledge them as well!) They all made that loading day a breeze with their kindness, their expertise, and their hard work. I was thrilled when I knew that Chris Mitchell would be delivering my goods to Kansas. Without a doubt his dedication to doing the best job he knows how is very evident. I also had the opportunity to speak with another female in the office when Sheila was out - I didn't "get" her name but she was also very helpful as was Nemo when I spoke with him. Please reward all these wonderful people. They so deserve to know how valuable they are to your company!
