So far the move has been a very good experience, if that can be said. But, what has made it tolerable is the people. Charlotte, Reggie, Roy, and Leon have been great customer relations managers for your company. Reggie is one hard working young man. Roy and Leon are sure of their skills and communicate well with each other and with Charlotte and Reggie. But, Charlotte is something special. She is a take charge person without ruffling anyone's feathers. You have a gold mine in her, especially in the manner in which she interacts with the family. She is good at directions and very good at giving us information. She and others are very much appreciated.
