It has been a pleasure working with Apex for our move. When Christine contacted me initially, she was very friendly and professional. She educated me on the process as well as kept me informed leading up to the crew arriving. The 3 person crew led by Misty Stubblefield was amazing. They arrived promptly and worked so fast, yet took great care in packing all of our belongings. It wasn't until late the first day that I learned the crew had only gotten a few hours of sleep since they drove directly from New Orleans after an unload, unpack and move in. The lack of sleep surely did not hinder their abilities. The second day they arrived prompt and finished the work in just a few short hours. Ms. Stubblefield was so professional and organized throughout the entire process. She was able to answer any questions we had. This morning Christine contacted me to schedule the delivery. Again, she was friendly, professional and overall amazing! Again, it has been an absolute pleasure having Apex handle our move. I hope that you will pass this along to anyone that might like to know how wonderful this experience has been for us.

We were so pleased with John Brown and his crew that I felt compelled to write this letter. John and his crew conducted our move from Texas to Tennessee. Not only did John make our move smooth and easy, he and his crew were friendly, professional, neat in appearance, and very careful with my life’s possessions. John and his crew worked tirelessly through the large move, without showing fatigue or complaining at all. John stayed until the very end and offered to help move anything else that I needed moved or changed around — which was a lot. John and the crew had such a calm and friendly demeanor, it made the stressful transition go easier. I certainly hope you recognize what a valuable employee John Brown is. Not only will we ask for him in the future, but we have already recommended him to others we know are moving. Thank you for sending him our way.
