We want to express our sincere appreciation and let Atlantic Relocation know that two outstanding individuals made our recent move from Texas to Florida a great experience. This was our first professional move and we had heard plenty of horror stories from family and friends. You can imagine what was going through my husband’s head as the Atlas truck arrived to begin packing and loading our cherished belongings. Perry Walker, our driver, and his assistant, Charles, were personable, professional and courteous. They carefully packed our household and had the truck loaded in a timely manner. We knew where the truck was throughout the journey due in part to the great communication from your office. Perry and Charles displayed true pro- fessionalism and exceeded our expectations. Everything arrived in perfect condition–no lost boxes, no broken items. I would recommend these two gentlemen to anybody preparing to move. While we do not intend to move anytime soon, I sure hope these two are still in the business should that time come.

I recently had the opportunity to use your company during a move from Burleson, TX to Hayseville, KS. From the very beginning to the end, I found people who were completely dedicated to customer service. Please let them know that you wouldn't be able to have the company you have without them!! During all my years of working, I've seen over and over again that the "higher ups" forget how very important their employees are to helping them grow their business! It seems you may understand that in some level as I found several of your employees who have worked there for years. Please, please recognize and reward these people! My rewarding experience started with a phone call - I was happily helped by Sheila Webb - next I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jim Swan. Without saying anything, both of these people seemed to understand that I needed some help as soon as they could arrange to get me loaded and "out of there." Next on the scene, Chris Mitchelle and his crew, arrived. (She had 2 other men with him and I don't remember their names, but please acknowledge them as well!) They all made that loading day a breeze with their kindness, their expertise, and their hard work. I was thrilled when I knew that Chris Mitchell would be delivering my goods to Kansas. Without a doubt his dedication to doing the best job he knows how is very evident. I also had the opportunity to speak with another female in the office when Sheila was out - I didn't "get" her name but she was also very helpful as was Nemo when I spoke with him. Please reward all these wonderful people. They so deserve to know how valuable they are to your company!
