I write to tell you that Shaina Perreira was truly heroic! I had a confirmed load date in New York state with a vendor who called to say they had over-booked and had no truck, could not find a truck, and could not do it. The apartment manager had someone moving in immediately and was extremely upset that more time was needed. The faculty member was frantic to get her items out of the building before her new job began. Lots of dominoes began to fall and the vendor was not helpful. I left an urgent message over the weekend at Ace. Shaina called me early, got creative, stayed in touch and got it all done for a pick-up the next day and an acceptable delivery window. I was very impressed and very relieved. It means a lot that she “just handled it”– no sweat. You have a good team. Take care of them and please thank her again for me.

I am writing to tell you how pleased we were with our move from New York to Arizona. We would recommend Collins Brothers to our family and friends. The service was excellent! We want to commend Gabe Briggs. He came to our home in New York and advised us truthfully about what the move would entail. We had other companies give us estimates, but they were not accurate. However, Gabe gave us honest advice - he was A-one. Our driver, Dennis Ruel, did everything in his power to make our move easy. Everything arrived safely. Dennis was the greatest. Again, we want to thank Collins Brothers for making our move so smooth. Gabe, Dennis, Collins Brothers and Atlas are all five-star movers in our book.
