I am writing to tell you how pleased I was with the people in charge of our recent move. I had asked that you assign Mike and Jen because of their concern to do a superb job. Moving is not easy for anyone, especially for those who have to pack and carry all of those heavy boxes. I can tell you that Mike, Jen and John never strayed from their desire to do a wonderful job. At all times, they were pleasant, courteous and a pleasure to be around. They arrived with a mission to do the best they could and succeeded. You have a wonderful crew. In the short time I worked with them, I can say they are the kind of workers I would want to represent me and my company. With these kind of workers, Stonehocker cannot help but succeed in the moving industry.

It was my first time using a moving company. In the past I used a Uhaul or just asked friends to help with a promise of some beer and pizza. But moving from Iowa to South Carolina required the big guns. I got 5 different quotes from all the big movers but chose Atlas in the end for two main reasons. 1) Customer Service. The person who came to give us a free home estimate really took her time. She came in, assessed our furniture and all the rooms being moved. She asked all the right questions and took the time to answer mine. 2) The price. My quote came in right in between the low price and high. My mind set being...you get what you pay for...customer service tipped my choice. And am I glad I chose Atlas. In three words. Service, Communication and Results. I had not one scratch on my furniture. Not one broken piece of glass. The driver even called me several times to inform me of delivery times and to make sure all was well. It was a great experience start to finish and I would use Atlas again in a heartbeat. Not to mention recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for a job well done from first time mover!
