Steve, I wanted to drop you a note to thank you for so promptly stepping in and organizing my move. I was particularly impressed with the moving team headed up by “Slava.” His answer to everything I asked was “no problem!” I have moved many times in my life, and I never have seen the level of care they put into packing…and the way they wrapped up the furniture and large TVs to ensure no damage. I took the train to VA the next day and Slava was about 15 minutes ahead of when he told me he would be there… so when I arrived they were ready to unload. Thanks again. I would highly recommend you and your company to anyone who is looking to move in the NY area.

We moved from NYC to CA. and had a perfect move. Great people, great service. No mistakes, no breakages and always a live human being with whom to speak if we had a question. Highly recommend!

Please let me take a minute to express my sincere appreciation to everyone involved in the transport of furniture from my grandparents’ house in Eastchester, New York to my place in San Jose, California. I have never experienced a sequence of events that incorporated a number of entities—namely the estimator, packers, truck drivers that transported the goods across the country, and the final delivery people—that was so perfectly orchestrated. The entire process was like clockwork. Everyone that my family had contact with was friendly, professional, courteous and worked diligently. All items arrived before the scheduled date and in perfect condition. And if that weren’t enough, I just received an after-audit check in the mail. Am I pleased! My hat goes off to you. You have an excellent organization that I would recommend to anyone who was moving, locally or nationwide.
