The purpose of this letter is to convey a few words of thanks to you and members of your organization. Recently we moved from Whitsett, NC to Myrtle Beach, SC. Beginning with the moving estimate from Debbie, to the fine coordination by Janice, to the hard work and careful handling of our home essentials by Bruce Fox, the move was the very best we have ever experienced. Oh yes, we moved nine times in the last 18 years, east coast to west coast and back! During these economic times and the culture we live in, we felt that we had to convey to City Transfer’s management that the team who assisted us in our move was first class and extremely professional. He was very easy to work with and understood our needs, desires and, of course, my anxiety. With the amount of furniture and belongings we have, he made it seem like a breeze. It was very obvious to us, his knowledge of the business and his expertise. We couldn’t have done it without him. The packing of our home in Winston Salem went smoothly as well as the timing and arrival of our belongings in Paris, TX. Mike kept in contact with us throughout the entire process.
