The purpose of this letter is to convey a few words of thanks to you and members of your organization. Recently we moved from Whitsett, NC to Myrtle Beach, SC. Beginning with the moving estimate from Debbie, to the fine coordination by Janice, to the hard work and careful handling of our home essentials by Bruce, the move was the very best we have ever experienced. Oh yes, we moved nine times in the last 18 years, east coast to west coast and back! During these economic times and the culture we live in, we felt that we had to convey to City Transfer’s management that the team who assisted us in our move was first class and extremely professional. Keep on doing what you’re doing because it is clearly a winning formula.

I just wanted to write a note to inform you of what a wonderful, pleasant experience we had with our move. William was our driver and I cannot say enough about his excellent service. On the evening before our delivery was scheduled, North Carolina received 12-15 inches of snow. Despite the horrible weather conditions, William delivered our furniture on time. He ensured that all the carpet walk areas were covered to ensure minimal tracking of dirt and snow into the house. William went above and beyond to take care of our family, our furniture and belongings. Everything arrived and we had no damage. Our family wants to extend our thanks to Atlas and especially William. Great job!

Moving is never fun. We recently move to South Carolina after 43 years in the same house. Their initial estimate was within 90% of the final cost. The packing team was unbelievable efficient, competent, and fast. They had the truck loaded a day early. The unloading experience was also incredibly efficient. And more important, not a single thing was broken. A few pieces of furniture has a slight scratch, which was easily fixed with a touch up "magic" marker. City Transfer and Storage did an excellent job for us.
