I am writing to tell you about the wonderful experience I had while moving my household to Maine from Arizona. My situation was difficult. I had been out of work for many months and came here for a new job. I was already living here when I contacted your company for a quote. I knew I would have a very small window of time in which to return to Arizona to pack up my belongings and close the house. From the very first phone call, I was treated with the utmost care and felt I was in capable hands. My moving consultant, Patrick Meehan, was great, patiently explaining the moving process, how I should go about packing, and even providing used packing boxes so my daughter could begin packing me early. All phases of the move went as expected and on schedule. No items were damaged or lost. My stress level was minimized by the professionalism, competency and good humor of Patrick, driver Roque Espinosa and his crew, and all those in the office who spoke with me during the process. I am truly grateful and relieved. Please share my thanks with all those who were involved and be assured, should I have another long distance move, I will call upon you again. Thank you for a job well done.

I feel that is very important to tell you about our experience with your driver, Mr. John Dagoumas, and his team. My husband’s company relocated us from Maine to North Carolina. Mr. Dagoumas was the driver for both the loading and unloading. He was wonderfully helpful and friendly, and I want to make sure that he and his team get their share of thanks and kudos for the hard work they did for us. All three gentlemen acted not simply as if it were their jobs, but personably and extra helpful. I simply want to commend them for helping us with a difficult transition. They all made the mood of the experience much lighter, and were so wonderful in general. Please be sure that this letter gets to them, as I want everyone to know what wonderful workers they are.
