I wanted to follow-up and thank you for the assistance in making my move a reality. I also wanted to give you some feedback on the Berman Team. First off what a “class act” of people who handled my move! I have had the opportunity to move a number of times and this was probably the best experience that my family has had. My wife was burdened with the majority of the coordination and the Berman team I was extremely touched by his assistance. This was the best move we’ve had in 29 years in the military. Tracks Atlas Service is Appreciated was quite flexible and really worked with her addressing all of our concerns. The two gentlemen that were with us from start to finish (Shawn and Rick) were just simply outstanding. I cannot say enough about a process that starts with the right people. Terry's involvement in the process to work with us on holding our goods and ensuring that they were properly cared for was top notch. Terry even made a trip out to our house to make sure things were going to our satisfaction. We are completely satisfied and I would highly recommend the use of Berman Movers for any of the moves for the Cleveland Clinic. Once again thanks to all for getting my family settled in the Cleveland area.

I would like to share with you my sincere appreciation for the professionalism that your crew showed during my move from Ohio to Texas. The driver, Enrique, and his team packed and loaded my belongings. During this time, these days were not just your average winter days; they were days of extreme cold and windy conditions. Not once did they complain and they were always very polite and courteous and very helpful to my wife and myself. They showed up everyday on time and worked eagerly and safely throughout the day. Finally, having dealt with other movers in the past, I feel that you should be made aware of these individuals and commend them for their courteous service that they provided me and my family.

Unbelievably smooth experience moving two rooms of furniture to Columbus. They were on time and very fast! The crew was personable and professional. Before I knew it they were loaded, secured and on their way to Columbus. My son reported the same experience on his end. The bill was less than the quote so that is a bonus! Highly reccomend.
