Now that we are settled a bit I wanted to take a moment to write to you about your driver Daryl and his assistant Bonnie. We just completed a corporate relocation from TX to SC. To say we were impressed is an understatement. Our relocation was unbelievably stressful and I was ill during the entire move, so when Daryl and Bonnie showed up at our door that morning, I was filled with trepidation that this was going to be the worst week of my life. Moving is stressful to say the least. I worked for North American for five years after I graduated from college. I have seen the best and the worst of relocations and I was not prepared for the best. Daryl and Bonnie showed up at 8 am on the dot, maneuvered their rig to park in front of our house like it was one of those tiny little European box cars and right then I knew it would be ok.They introduced themselves and Bonnie engaged me in a conversation that put me at ease that they had our best interests at heart. I breathed a huge sigh of relief; it was obvious we were in good hands. As the packing progressed there were no issues with prepping and packing our household goods. I was amazed at how efficient they were. The helper they had with them in Frisco was someone they had worked with before and it was quite obvious that all three of them worked incredibly well together. Our two day pack flew by. Bonnie was extremely adept at keeping my stress level as low as could be. She was funny and sympathetic and genuine. Daryl was efficient and so personable that I felt like a family member was moving us. I even added things to the truck I had not originally intended to due to the personal nature of them, things like photos of my kids and memorabilia. They left Texas with our household goods with the promise to arrive in South Carolina on Friday and sure enough, Friday morning at 7:30 am my phone rang and they were on their way to our new home. Our household goods were delivered, our new home set up as best as could be considering we went into a rental that was smaller than our Texas home. And before I knew it they were done. It was one of the best moves I have ever been involved in and I was so thankful it was ours. We completed our unpacking and found no damage, no broken crystal, no lost items, nothing except all of our stuff safe and sound. I realized that we had been blessed with these two folks and I could not let any more time go by without letting you know that I sincerely hope you realize how amazing they are.

I am currently a resident in New York making a move to Texas. I very rarely write reviews, testimonials or commentary (most especially to a corporate office), but I just felt compelled to write one after the remarkable service I received by your people at Atlantic. I had Darrell and his partner Freddy in my home yesterday morning who came at 8 o'clock n theDot, as promised (Despite how difficult it is to find my home in this neighborhood). Aside from being comfortably courteous when they arrived, they seemed to have been very enthusiastic despite my perceived difficult move from a TIGHT second floor apartment. Please let me express HOW difficult I predicted this move would be since it required 5 men to move my bedroom let alone and around 2 hours just to get my Couch into my apartment. Darrell and Freddy were indeed slightly baffled on how this would be done when they first saw the layout but they carried it out with such efficiency and muscle I honestly couldn't believe it. When these guys told me they've been doing this for 20 years, I believed them. Not only were they able to swiftly extract the most difficult pieces from my apartment, they did it with absolute care for my belongings, all while being humorous and uplifting about the whole ordeal. I gotta tell you, from all my years of dealing with service providers even within my own field as a Paramedic, I have NEVER encountered such outstanding work that these men were able to do, not to mention these are just TWO MEN. It would have taken 6 non professionals and a whole day to do what these guys did in 5 hours by themselves. On top of being exceptional, they were down to earth and just great to chat with to make the time go by. Darrell (being from Texas) has made me feel relieved of my move to Fort Worth ideally on how the people would be there, he has certainly marketed Texas well in the southern perception of courteous and compassionate people. Freddy reminded me of the kind of guy who fixes your car for free. Very lax and humble while doing everything he had to do with good intentions all around. I honestly cannot express what a pleasure it was to have these guys help me with my move and I hope they are recognized as an integral part of your company. I'll never forget these guys and due to that part will never forget the company they work for. Please note these men have not even arrived to my other home yet and I STILL wrote this because I am confident enough the same quality of work will be given on the other side. Thank you Atlantic for sending your best of the best.

In addition to the estimated quote from your company being accurate, the experience today I had with James and crew was outstanding, you are very blessed to have that team working for you. I would definitely use Atlas through Atlantic Relocation again, you give your industry a great name. James and crew through Atlantic Relocation were amazing! We moved cross country and they took great care of our things, worked in record time and assembled everything so we were ready to go. They even took the time to move things into different positions when we couldn't make up our mind on placement in the living room. They were friendly and took great care with the furnishings and the home. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you!
