Our van operator, Dave, was one of the most courteous, resourceful individuals whom I've had the pleasure to meet. He is an EXPERT at his trade – packing everything quickly and safely with NOTHING broken upon arrival. His skilled service would lead me to use and recommend Atlas in the future. Additionally, Bridget, our office contact, was very helpful and went to great lengths to make our relocation organized and economical.

I am writing in regards to my recent courier trip on an Atlas truck with Dave and Julie. I would like to begin by saying that they are two of the nicest people I have ever met. I am currently working as the art director for the William I. Koch Collection, but also have been a registrar at numerous museums, including the Whitney Museum. In all of my many truck trips, I have never had such a pleasant journey. Dave and Julie are not only wonderful people to be around, but they also take their jobs very seriously and take great care in everything they do. As you know, we move the Koch collection several times a year, and we always request to have Dave and Julie as part of that team. As the art director for Mr. Koch and other collections, I ask that Dave and Julie assist with all moves possible. Many thanks to the Dobranskys and Atlas for a great ride!

I am writing to compliment one of your drivers, Richie, who recently took care of my daughter and son-in-law’s move from Maryland to New York. My wife and I oversaw the “front end” of the move and were very impressed with Richie's professionalism, trustworthiness and attention to detail. We have moved many times ourselves, both privately and as part of corporate relocations, and are very familiar with the problems that can arise in these situations. From the moment we met him, Richie put our minds at ease that our daughter’s move would be well handled. Richie set high standards for his crew in terms of packing and loading and did an excellent job of assessing the work at hand, managing the crew, and arranging for extra packing time when the need became apparent. He and his crew treated our daughter’s belongings with care and respect. Despite the fact that the job was bigger than he had expected, he did whatever was necessary to make sure the delivery would happen on the originally scheduled day. This was essential, as it was the only day my daughter and her husband could be sure there would be someone at the new house to take delivery. My daughter has informed me that everything came through the move in good shape. She was equally impressed with Richie's work. In these times when people are so quick to complain when they judge service to be unsatisfactory, it is important that we compliment service personnel on a job well done. Both Richie and his crew provided excellent service and I compliment you on selecting such a reliable and responsible staff. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to contact Atlas and request Richie should I have the need for moving services in the future.
