I had the pleasure of working with your driver, George, during a recent relocation. I was hired by Unirisc/Cendant to observe and document any pre-existing damage to the household goods and report any problems with packing, crating or loading. I have personally been associated with the moving industry for over 40 years. I can assure you that if every driver was as efficient as George is, there would be no need for my services in the repair process. He took extra care to insure the shipper’s property was protected and did an excellent job of directing his crew in this very large operation. He was always on time and worked harder than anyone there with a smile on his face. His truck and trailer were spotless and the equipment was in excellent condition. He always behaved in a professional manner, helped to make everyone feel comfortable, and was the key to the success of this move. Alexander’s and Atlas have every reason to take a great deal of pride in your fine representative, George. He was such a pleasure to work with and I feel privileged to have been associated with him.

I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how impressed I was with your company during my recent relocation from Massachusetts to California. Alexander's and Atlas made what could have been a very stressful experience much less so. During every step of the process, from the initial loading of my household goods, to the pickup of empty cartons from my new residence, everyone I dealt with was professional, efficient and friendly. There are several individuals whom I wish to thank in particular. First, Tim and Holly epitomize the concept of customer service and were a joy to work with during the loading of my goods in Massachusetts. I hope you are aware of how fortunate your firm is to have Tim and Holly as employees. Second, I’d like to express my thanks to Ann for coordinating my move so efficiently. Whenever I needed assistance or had questions, I could contact her and feel confident that the matter would be dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. Again, thank you for all of your assistance. Not only would I not hesitate to use Alexander’s again, but I will also recommend your company to friends and colleagues.

We moved from CA to Colorado recently and hired Alexander’s Mobility Services to relocate us. The Alexander’s team at Origin and Destination were organized, professional, respectful and responsive to our needs. Our household goods we’re professionally packed, carefully managed and safely transported by Jeremy. Jeremy and the team displayed incredible flexibility and had a can do attitude during all parts of our move. A BIG thank you to our driver and team at Origin and Destination!! Our Alexander’s Customer Service Representative, Cherie kept us informed with every step of our move from beginning to end. Cherie was kind, professional and fun to work with.
