Good morning, I was very pleased with the everything about my move. Brian was attentive and professional with everything from communicating pick-up and delivery times to reviewing our list to make sure everything was delivered. I must say that it is awesome to see the same person handling the pickup AND delivery of my household items. This is not something that we normally see, but it was GREATLY appreciated. This move was painless for us, although the time frame was a little rushed for you all. Your company did an awesome job of moving us so quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much for giving us a positive start in Florida!!!!

We recently used Advanced Relocation Systems for a full military move, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Brian and his three-man crew moved our entire four-bedroom home in one day—arriving around 7:45 AM and finishing by 4 PM. They were fast, efficient, and very professional throughout. They disassembled, wrapped, transported, and reassembled everything—without leaving a single scuff on our flat white walls (which is no easy task). They also hauled away all the boxes afterward. On top of that, Brian was able to connect us with local contractors for a few home tasks we needed help with—something we didn’t even think to ask for. It was clear they anticipate their clients’ needs and come ready with solutions. The team kept a great attitude and sense of humor all day, which made the process smooth and even enjoyable. Highly recommend, and I’d absolutely use them again.

Exceptional experience from start to finish working with ARS on a cross-country move from DC to New Mexico. We were referred to ARS by Bookstore Movers in DC, who our real estate agent told us to ask for recommendations. Will from the sales team followed up quickly, walked us through the process from top to bottom, explained how the costs worked, and we set up a separate time for the virtual walkthrough of our house. That worked really well - Will guided us through each room, asked good questions, and shared an estimate soon after. Kathy took it from there and was communicative with us about the process, even researching and developing a solution for our specific question around vinyl records getting damaged in the heat. She was patient as we asked probably too many questions and set us up well for the move itself. We can't say enough about the professionalism, kindness, and work ethic of Mike and the teams of helpers (Mitch, Ana, Oscar and Luis in DC; Arnie, Joe and Enrique in New Mexico) he organized on both ends of the move. On the DC end we opted for both packing and loading and unloading on the back end. Mike is the consummate professional - he anticipated questions we had, explained how things worked, developed creative solutions, and overall, put our minds at ease that all of our worldly possessions were in very capable hands. Every member of the team was exceptional. All with patience and good humor through some very long (and very hot) days of work. Mike stayed in touch as we both made our way across the country, at one point sharing the good news that our final weight came in below the estimate, and he arrived at our new doorstep the day after we arrived, having navigated the van down our somewhat tricky dirt road. The unloading was just as smooth as the packing, and it set us up to quickly unpack and settle in. Highly recommend ARS for your next move, be it around the corner or across the country.
