I am the vice president and general manager for Fisher Safety, a division of Fisher Scientific. I recently had the privilege of having your organization move my family and household goods from Arizona to Pennsylvania. This is not a new exercise for us since this is the tenth corporate move we have had in our career. The reason for my writing this letter is to tell you how pleased we were to have the services of Neil and Dave take care of our move. In all of our moves, we have never had the kind of care and professional service that these two gentlemen rendered to us. They were very particular with the care of our furniture and were eager to please us in any way possible. My only complaint was that every time I tried to pick something up to move it, one of them would stop me and say, “Here, let me take that for you.” By the end of the day, I was feeling quite useless. Obviously, that merely illustrates how dedicated they are to providing first-class service to our family. Beyond moving our household goods, they were very courteous and sensitive to my children’s “trauma” of being moved out of their familiar surroundings. They joked with them, encouraged them, and their sensitivity to the needs of my kids helped make the move much easier for them. Please accept my congratulations for having associates with this degree of character and competency.
