This was our best military move since 2011. Blaze, the driver, kept me up to date with any changes in our dates and the arrival to our new home. He even went back to get our overflow in storage since the company didn’t know when they had another driver available to do it. Both packing/loading and unloading crews were amazing. I didn’t lose any items. That is pretty rare in a military move. I highly recommend this company and wish we could have Blaze and his crew on every move.

I also want to say the driver, Estavon, was awesome. He and the packers/unpackers were courteous, professional, and the communication for arrival times on both ends was outstanding. The crew was prompt and thorough, ensuring the job was completed expediently, but never allowing that to impact service or make me feel the process was being rushed. I truly appreciate the phenomenal level of service and experience. It made the move a breeze. Thank you!

All in all a very easy experience. We chose to pack all items ourselves, except for the mattress. The driver showed up when promised, loaded up the house, went over the paperwork, and was done. The process was very quick and efficient. The delivery was delayed due to mechanical issues with the truck, however it was still within the promised delivery window. The same driver moved everything to our new apartment, and we did not find any damaged goods. Unloading was very quick as well. I would definitely recommend Atlas!
