Peg and I want you to know how pleased we are with the outstanding service Ace Worldwide gave us during the move from Ohio to Pennsylvania. We especially want to recognize several of your people: Bill, Harry, and Frank; without them this move would have been a tough ordeal for Peg and I. It is so rare nowadays to get as outstanding service that these men provided. They did such a wonderful job that Peg insisted we have the same crew unload us. I may have told you this, but this is the 5th move that Peg and I have made and she insisted that when we moved to Ohio, it would be her LAST move. But, when the position was offered to join Wheaton Science Products and it meant a move to the East Coast, Peg was rather reluctant to do this again, but working with Bill, Harry, and Frank made it easier for her. These men did a commendable job and you can tell that they have worked together like a well-oiled machine–anticipating what needs to be done before ever having to be directed to do so. Again, Peg and I want to thank you for arranging for these men to handle our move. Please pass on our sincere thanks to Bill, Harry, and Frank for a job well done!

We were so very pleased with Ace Relocation Systems in assisting us with our move from Olmsted Falls to Marblehead. Matt and his co-workers were so professional, caring, and helpful. All of our furniture was wrapped carefully in shipping blankets and shrink wrap before placed on the truck. They were very conscientious not to harm our home, and not to soil our carpeting. When they delivered our furniture, they placed everything where we requested. We could not have asked for better service. They were also very punctual and completed the job quickly so that we had time to continue to get settled in that day. We would recommend them highly!!!

First some background, I was in the military for over 27 years and we have moved 25 times over the years ( both while in and out of the military). About 6 months ago I had to take over for a sick friend during their interstate move. The driver who was in charge of their move from origin to destination was MJ with Ace Relocation Systems, Inc – Cleveland OH. I was totally impressed with MJ in every aspect of the move process. In all my moves I have never encountered a 10 out of 10 experience in each and every part of the move. His truck and van were spotless and looked brand new. Inside the truck looked just as impressive. It was spotlessly clean as were all equipment, everything looked like it was in a show room. All items were expertly organized, stacked and in place in the van. It looked like MJ was ready for the drill sergeant to come and inspect his vehicle and equipment. During the three days I observed MJ I reaffirmed my impression of him and his professionalism. He hand picks the crew that he hires to assist him and expertly manages them throughout the move process. I was so impressed that I made sure to get his contact information as I was contemplating a possible move for my wife and I in the near future. Now 6 months later I was relocating and needed a mover. I contacted Ace Relocation in Cleveland and insisted that if they wanted my business it had to be MJ as my driver and in charge of my move. To sum up my personal experience with MJ after my move – total professionalism, extreme courtesy, expert knowledge, the best care for your items, great communication, and on time every time. I cannot adequately express how totally perfect the move process was accomplished from the moment MJ arrived at our door and continued throughout the packing, loading, moving and delivering of our goods at our new location.
