I wanted to check-in with you regarding our move from Houston to Dallas last week. As we’ve discussed, this is our 5th move in 8 ½ years, so we’re pretty up to speed on how this stuff works. I can tell you that without a doubt, Steve and his crew were by far the best that we’ve ever had help us with a move. They were respectful (not only of us, but also our things), timely and very customer focused. They did what they knew needed to be done and never complained. Thank you for assigning them to me and thanks to Steve and his crew as well!

Eddie and his crew were absolute professionals, courteous and very respectful to my family. Their dedication to the job, ability to work as a team, and commitment to making certain I was satisfied from the moment they showed up until the last piece of household good was loaded. As individuals or collectively as a team, all were faithful to customer service. As leaders, sometimes we are all too quick to criticize and slow too praise, so just wanted to say thank you for your great service. I will be certain to speak good things on your companies behalf.
