For the second year in a row, Idaho was the nation’s inbound leader, with inbound moves comprising 65.1 percent of the state’s total. Washington, Nevada, Tennessee and Alaska rounded out the top five inbound states. On the other side of the coin, states with the most outbound moves included Illinois, West Virginia, Nebraska, South Dakota and Hawaii.
